We are seeking a Security Supervisor to coordinate and supervise the security personnel assigned to a railway yard, ensuring compliance with instructions, safety protocols, and operational control. Key Responsibilities * Supervise security personnel and verify compliance with instructions. * Ensure adherence to safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Coordinate shifts, patrols, and access control. * Maintain logs, incident records, and daily reports. * Report anomalies, risks, or failures detected in the facilities. * Maintain communication with operational, traffic, and logistics departments. Requirements * High school diploma or technical degree. * Prior experience supervising security or guard personnel. * Knowledge of security protocols and access control procedures. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Leadership skills and decision-making ability.
