Supervision of worker safety A leading waste collection company is seeking a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR. Location: Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico. Work schedule: Monday through Sunday, rotating across three shifts (one variable day off). Responsibilities: * Track requisitions for supplies and spare parts at operational bases. * Coordinate, execute, and supervise the proper implementation of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance programs conducted on units. * Issue daily maintenance orders to personnel under supervision. * Supervise worker safety, ensuring no actions are taken that endanger physical integrity. * Review and sign daily maintenance reports, then provide them to mechanics for service on tractor-trailers. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in this position. * Knowledge of BASIC DIESEL UNIT MECHANICS. * Experience managing unionized personnel. * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance, or related field.
