A leading animal nutrition company is seeking: **Information Technology Manager (AI Implementation)** **Position Objective:** Lead, plan, and supervise the development, implementation, and scaling of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions applied to strategic organizational processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, ethical compliance in data usage, and sustainable value generation. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Design AI strategies for critical areas such as operations (production), customer experience, marketing, supply chain, human resources, and finance. 2\. Manage development and implementation projects involving machine learning models, NLP (natural language processing), computer vision, intelligent RPA (robotic process automation), among others. 3\. Coordinate with various business units to identify opportunities for automation, prediction, or personalization using artificial intelligence. 4\. Lead technical and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring timely delivery of value, quality, and adherence to predefined financial budgets. 5\. Evaluate and select AI and data science technologies, vendors, and frameworks. 6\. Oversee data governance, ensuring ethical and regulatory compliance (algorithmic accountability, privacy, and security). 7\. Measure and report impact metrics of various projects incorporating AI processes (ROI, productivity gains, model accuracy, cost savings). 8\. Promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the management team and the organization as a whole. **Requirements:** · Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related fields. · Postgraduate studies or specialization in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Advanced Analytics preferred. · Experience managing and developing projects involving AI and machine learning. · Experience in digital transformation or innovation within medium-sized (at least 200 employees) or large companies (more than 500 employees). **Technical Skills:** a.
