**REQUIREMENTS:** * Male or female * Completed bachelor's degree * Over 30 years of age. * 3 years of experience as a Gym Coordinator. * Reside in Arandas, Jalisco. **KNOWLEDGE:** * \- Technical knowledge of equipment * \- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Management * \- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity * \- Experience in team management and supervision of maintenance personnel. * \- Proficiency with repair tools. * \- Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. * Boiler operation * Pool maintenance **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Supervision of Activities:** * Plan and supervise cleaning and maintenance tasks. * Ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards. * Generate weekly, biweekly, and monthly logs on maintenance activities performed. * **Preventive Maintenance:** * Design and implement periodic maintenance plans for equipment and facilities. * Identify and resolve issues before they affect club operations. * In the case of corrective maintenance, coordinate and manage the swift resolution of issues. * **Resource Management:** * Manage inventory of maintenance tools and materials. * Request necessary supplies (to the administrative department). * Ensure that equipment, tools, and supplies are available and in good condition for use. * **Regulatory Compliance:** * Ensure facilities comply with health and safety regulations. * Train staff on workplace safety protocols Job type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 \- $17,200.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Gym access * Company phone * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site
