Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employment Type** Trust-based **Position Objective** Coordinate the various implementation cells of Grupo PiSA’s Strategic Technology Plan. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Design technology solutions and strategies aligned with the specific needs of each functional business area. * Participate in the analysis, evaluation, and development of the company’s strategic and operational plans. * Manage innovation projects across Group companies. * Recommend strategies, processes, and methodologies for enterprise architecture adoption. * Execute required activities to ensure compliance with the company’s policies on security, hygiene, and environmental matters. * Research and evaluate emerging technologies in the industry and market trends to support project development. * Provide functional and/or technical specifications for each required information system, including interactions among these systems and their relationships with core business processes. * Design the technological architecture within their domain of governance and establish the implementation “Roadmap.” **Experience** * 5 years: Enterprise architecture frameworks (ZACHMAN, TOGAF, or E2AF) * 5 years: Project management (PMI) * 5 years: Process design **Knowledge** * Project management tools (Project, Visio) * SAP knowledge **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. **Other Requirements** * Availability to travel once per semester * Intermediate-to-advanced English At Grupo PiSA, we prohibit violence and discrimination, promoting equal opportunity, inclusion, and diversity.
