Responsibilities: * Recording of payment provisions. * Tracking credit notes per agreement (portal). * Recording and requesting payment of rents. * Sending payment vouchers for suppliers and expenses. * Recording payments. * Downloading SAT payment complements and uploading them to Microsip. * Reviewing the 3M account statement. * Ordering office supplies. * Referencing credit notes. * Recording credit notes. * Scheduling supplier and expense payments. * Depositing payments for invoices settled during the week. * Sending information. * Requesting credit notes. * Invoicing for agencies; invoicing for painting services. * Fibramex credit notes for loyalty and sales.
