Conflict resolution Teamwork People supervision Responsibilities: * Design transportation, production, and operations plans. * Manage and optimize long-distance and delivery routes. * Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and customers. * Plan the flow of goods in warehouses (receiving, storage, order picking). * Monitor and organize warehouse stock levels. * Ensure optimal storage conditions (temperature, light, humidity). * Package, label, and prepare products for shipment. * Analyze data to make informed decisions and improve processes. * Identify opportunities for logistics cost savings and reduction. * Implement new management technologies and tools. * Track shipments and meet delivery deadlines. * Manage import logistics. * Supervise material handling and equipment usage. * Ensure cargo integrity throughout the entire journey. * Evaluate supplier and carrier performance.
