




Job Summary: This administrative-commercial role involves managing customers, financing arrangements, and operational documentation, ensuring compliance with standards and providing support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive customer and delivery process management. 2. Development of financial plans and support for sales representatives. 3. Commercial operations control and follow-up on administrative procedures. Prepare customer files, ensuring compliance with all established conditions. Manage the delivery process. Manage direct financing with CNH Capital. Develop financial plans for different types of customers, supporting sales representatives. Collaborate in the development of the sales budget. Publish information and send timely internal informational circulars. Make telephone calls to all sales customers for statistical follow-up via service quality surveys. Handle all administrative aspects related to customer objections, complaints, and claims: record information in corresponding forms and worksheets, and escalate to the administration department for follow-up. Control registration and transfer procedures for units. oMonitor and follow up on commercial litigation. Control sales representatives’ commercial operations to verify compliance with CNHMX standards. Issue delivery receipts. Record duly authorized transactions in the company’s management system. Archive all operational documentation related to unit sales. Draft and send email responses to customers. Carry out all administrative routines generated by the predefined procedures applicable to the commercial area.
