REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3 years of experience in freight transportation (mandatory). Knowledge of preparing Waybills. Experience handling returns and tracking incidents. Direct customer service and interaction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. Ability to work under pressure and focus on problem resolution. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Customer service and follow-up. Preparation, review, and control of Waybills. Management of returns. Tracking of shipments and incidents. Direct communication with operators and the operations department. Recording and monitoring of services.
