We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic branch manager to oversee operations at our Roma Norte location. As branch manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a dedicated team of staff members. Responsibilities: * Supervise all aspects of branch operations, including customer service, game operations, marketing, and employee management. * Maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring smooth operations, timely communication, and exceptional gameplay experiences. * Recruit, train, and manage a team of escape room hosts and support staff. * Foster a positive and engaging work environment, motivating and developing team members to achieve outstanding results. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales metrics, customer feedback, and staff performance, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized facility. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Entertainment (preferred) * Intermediate English proficiency (preferred) * Minimum 1.5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within the entertainment industry. * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. * Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a genuine interest in escape room games. * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
