We are looking for our next: **Corporate Sales Support** * **Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)** * **Gross monthly salary: $15,000–$18,000 MXN** * **Benefits in accordance with Mexican labor law** **Job Objective:** To provide operational and administrative support to the Corporate Sales department, ensuring accurate order processing and tracking, document control, and client service—enabling the sales team to focus on selling. **Responsibilities** * Process and track orders in ERP. * Prepare quotations and commercial documentation. * Verify inventory levels and coordinate deliveries. * Manage billing and generate sales reports. * Attend to and follow up with corporate clients. * Coordinate with Finance, Logistics, and other internal departments. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or Technical Superior University degree in Administration, Business, Logistics, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in sales support or commercial administration. * Intermediate Excel skills and ERP experience (SAP preferred). * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and service orientation.
