A 100% Mexican textile company in constant growth is seeking a passionate **Textile Laboratory Supervisor**, enthusiastic about fashion, attention to detail, and innovation in the development of women’s apparel. **What will you do in this role?** * Verify and confirm fabric compositions and weights used in production. * Track and approve prototypes. * Coordinate the shipment of fabric samples to the laboratory for quality testing to ensure compliance with established standards, confirming weights and compositions. * Record laboratory test results, ensuring traceability and accessibility of information. * Follow up with external laboratories (garment care instructions: washing, ironing, etc.). * Identify defects detected during fabric testing and report them to the purchasing department. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in the **textile industry**, particularly in multi-style women’s apparel. * Knowledge of **fabric composition**. * Education: Industrial or Textile Engineering degree. * Minimum experience: 3 years in a similar position. **Working hours: Monday to Friday** Work location: Iztapalapa, Mexico City **What we offer:** * **Competitive salary** * **Legal benefits** * Job stability and an excellent work environment * Growth opportunities within an expanding company **Are you interested?** Apply through this channel and we will contact you.
