REQUIREMENTS: * Male or female * Over 30 years old * Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's degree desirable) * 10 years of experience managing teams RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise and timely record daily accounting operations. * Ensure that cost of sales and inventories are accurately reflected, aligned with operational reality. * Control and reconcile bank accounts, petty cash, and cash flows. * Monitor the proper recording of cash transactions and mixed payment schemes. * Coordinate the correct calculation and recording of provisional and final taxes. * Support the generation of key performance indicators: margin, product profitability, available cash flow. * Implement practical internal controls to protect assets and prevent losses such as audits, reconciliations, and discount controls. * Coordinate monthly accounting closings quickly and accurately, prioritizing useful information for operations. * Provide support during internal and external audits. * Propose improvements in administrative-operational processes such as collections, payments, and purchasing. **Technical knowledge:** * Financial and cost accounting. * Operational internal control. * Tax and electronic regulations: CFDI, DIOT, SAT reconciliations. * ERP or accounting systems management. * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, reconciliations, margin analysis). **Competencies and skills:** * Results-oriented and detail-focused. * Analytical ability and practical problem-solving skills. * Operational focus, with willingness to work closely with warehouses, sales points, and production areas. * Leadership and supervision of small accounting teams. * Clear communication with non-financial departments (operations, sales, logistics). * Integrity and strong sense of responsibility.
