Main responsibilities: \- Preparation of breakfast items (chilaquiles, omelettes, enchiladas) following established recipes and portion sizes. \- Production of churros, crepes, waffles, and fritters with consistent quality and impeccable presentation. \- Operation and handling of salamanders, griddles, deep fryers, skillets, and general kitchen equipment. \- Assembly, restocking, and inventory control of food items in the cold line. \- Continuous cleaning, organization, and disinfection of the workstation. \- Proper handling, storage, and hygiene of food in accordance with current regulations.
