SHOPPING CENTER \- PLAZA PUERTO PARAISO located in Los Cabos (next to the Marina) We are seeking: "Maintenance Manager" We offer: * Starting gross monthly salary of $20,000 / biweekly payroll payments * Direct contract with the shopping center / we are neither a staffing agency nor an outsourcing provider * Full benefits from day one / 100% IMSS registration * Shift from Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (2-hour lunch break), with midweek rest days Requirements: * Experience: Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in maintenance of real estate properties, performing similar duties * (personnel management, inventory control, budgeting, coordination with internal and external vendors, special event installations, plumbing, drywall, electrical work, painting, furniture, and finishing works) * Valid official documentation (INE, IMSS registration, CURP, RFC, employment references) * Preferably residing nearby or having no issues with schedule and commute. Responsibilities: * Organize and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of our specialized equipment * (generators, power plants, freight elevators, pumping systems, passenger elevators, etc.) * Organize and supervise general maintenance activities including masonry, hydrosanitary systems, plumbing, landscaping, drywall, welding, electrical systems, etc. * Supervise maintenance tasks performed by external vendors and ensure delivery quality. * Support leadership of the maintenance team to guarantee work efficiency and quality. * Manage maintenance planning and budgeting strategies to optimize resource utilization. * Ensure uninterrupted operational continuity of the shopping center and make timely, effective decisions. * Lead and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. * Administer the maintenance department’s budget, ensuring efficient use of resources. * Coordinate with the procurement department to fulfill the shopping center’s maintenance requirements. * Oversee various maintenance areas (special installations, façades, shopping center maintenance) Apply through this channel, or visit us for an interview with your job application directly at our administrative offices inside the shopping center, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM Address: Lázaro Cárdenas Sn & Cabo Bello, Centro, 23450 Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S.
