With at least 3 years of experience in information technology areas, responsible for infrastructure, technical support, ERP systems, and information security management. Key responsibilities include: - Addressing incidents reported by users regarding computers and technological devices. - Scheduling and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on technological infrastructure. - Implementing access controls, antivirus solutions, and security mechanisms. - Managing the procurement of computers, electronic devices, and software licenses. - Coordinating software implementations, migrations, or upgrades. - Supervising compliance with IT policies.
