At Moctezuma, we are a leading company in the construction industry in Mexico, with a long history of excellence, committed to environmental care and continuous innovation. **Join our team as a Corporate Communications Executive** Position purpose: Cross-functional coordination of operational and creative efforts, serving as an integrating hub for Corporate Communications, Public Relations and Media, as well as Digital Communication, contributing to the planning, execution, and monitoring of internal and external communication strategies, ensuring proper message dissemination, brand positioning, and reinforcement of organizational culture. **Responsibilities:** · Lead the conceptualization and design of communication plans that align the efforts of all areas, ensuring coherence and maximum impact of key messages. · Ensure the quality of photographic and audiovisual production at corporate events, always complying with the organization's standards and guidelines. · Verify that all communication activations contribute synergistically to unified and robust brand positioning among stakeholders and in the market. · Promote, through coordinated internal communication strategies, the strengthening and vitality of corporate values, reinforcing employee identity and commitment within the framework of organizational culture. · Establish cross-cutting performance metrics and indicators to comprehensively monitor strategy progress, facilitating informed decision-making and continuous improvement. **Requirements:** · Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields. 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. · Knowledge: Excellent writing and spelling skills, Proficiency in tools such as Office Suite and others (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, etc.), Principles of corporate communication, Basic knowledge of photography and video, Use of corporate social media and basic communication metrics. · Competencies: Excellent project management and control, Organization and attention to detail, Teamwork, Creativity and initiative, Service attitude and willingness to learn, Proactivity and analytical thinking, Confidentiality and professional ethics. · Other requirements: Mandatory flexible availability, willingness to travel.
