Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in related fields (e.g., Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, etc.) or completed high school with verifiable experience in Warehouse Supervision/Coordination. Prior Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations in a leadership or supervisory role (e.g., pickers, assistants, etc.), preferably within the hardware and tools sector. Solid Knowledge: Picking, packing, and distribution processes. Knowledge of hardware and tool materials. Use of technological tools (Excel, reporting). Management and control of physical and cycle inventories. Skills: Leadership and personnel management. Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement. Excellent service attitude and conflict resolution skills. Proactive, dynamic, and organized, with strong attention to detail. Job Description and Key Responsibilities: \- You will be directly responsible for the efficient operation of the Picking and Delivery area, ensuring accurate order picking and delivery, and maintaining high-quality customer service. \- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate assistant staff to achieve performance goals and service standards. \- Inventory Management: Responsible for controlling incoming and outgoing inventory, as well as physical/cycle counts, minimizing losses and discrepancies within your area. \- Process Optimization: Design and implement improvements to picking, storage, and material handling processes to increase operational efficiency. \- Customer Service: Ensure accurate order review and delivery to customers, verifying tickets and invoices, and guaranteeing satisfaction throughout the delivery process. \- Reporting and Metrics: Generate and analyze operational reports, delivery reports, inventory reports, and staff performance metrics to support decision-making. \- Maintenance: Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety in your assigned area.
