




OBJECTIVE: Confirm the accuracy of information published in the ERP system through physical verifications, enabling management to make decisions based on reliable information; and to report timely changes in working conditions or procedures that may require adjustments to policies and processes. FUNCTIONS: * Collaborate with the Controller to develop a quarterly audit plan with monthly details to ensure proper performance tracking. * Conduct cash drawer reconciliations. * Perform inspections of bank reconciliations for transactions with financial institutions related to checking accounts, investments, or credits. * Carry out cyclical audits. * Perform periodic reviews of customers exhibiting exceptional behavior. * Perform periodic reviews of suppliers to verify the accuracy of outstanding payables to suppliers. * Inspect equipment and machinery maintenance controls. * Conduct audits across different departments to verify compliance with applicable policies and procedures. * Perform compliance audits of the operational cycle in business administration and accounting.
