**OBJECTIVE:** Coordinate and supervise the established functions of security guards to safeguard the physical integrity of individuals, as well as the assets and property of the company, establishing appropriate communication and coordination mechanisms with different departments. **FUNCTIONS:** * Ensure compliance with the registration, notification, and monitoring of all types of personnel entering the facility, as well as verifying their authorization. * Establish a record of vehicle entries and exits from the facility with prior authorization. * Establish a program of constant patrols around the perimeter of the facilities and generate incident reports. * Ensure control over shipments transporting products outside the facility. Ensure completion of travel logs for raw materials and/or finished products. * Coordinate bag checks for personnel upon entry and exit. * Coordinate with guards for vehicle inspections. * Control the registration of raw material entries into the facility. * Ensure recording of materials leaving the factory. Control supply of gas and diesel. * Record personnel entries and exits.
