* We are a company that manufactures and markets cleaning products throughout Nuevo León and other states of the country; we are seeking talent for our production plant. **Objective** Ensure that production processes are carried out efficiently and effectively, meeting established quality standards and timelines. **Responsibilities** * Plan and organize plant operations. * Coordinate the workforce. * Control and evaluate the various areas of the plant. * Manage, administer, and control resources. * Ensure quality. * Generate reports for production analysis. * Handle product formulations. **Requirements** * Over 2 years of experience in chemical cleaning product companies. * Chemical Engineer. * Over 3 years of experience in this position. * Over 3 years of experience in chemical product formulations. * Experience managing teams of more than 15 people. * Plant management experience. **We Offer** * Timely weekly salary payments. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunities for growth.
