We are seeking **HVAC Technicians** who wish to grow professionally, continuously learn, and become part of a team that values collaboration and talent development. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed secondary school (HVAC or electromechanical technical certification preferred) * **Experience in Project Installation** * **24/7 availability by phone and in person** * Willingness to travel within Mexico **Responsibilities:** * Install HVAC systems together with the Assistant, including direct expansion systems, water-cooled systems, and air-cooled systems * Install piping according to blueprint specifications and established assembly procedures, in coordination with the project team * Conduct field surveys, produce isometric and floor-plan drawings of piping routes, and quantify required materials * Weld pipes using oxyacetylene welding equipment and pipe-turning tools * Perform HVAC system maintenance (e.g., washing and cleaning condensers and evaporators, filter cleaning, lubrication, terminal tightening, operational parameter checks, etc.) * Thread, mark, cut, and fit pipes under supervision of the project team * Carry out general maintenance procedures **We offer:** * Direct employment with ATN Ingeniería * Timely weekly payments * Statutory benefits from day one * 100% IMSS registration * Grocery vouchers after three months * Professional growth
