




The HR Manager is responsible for leading the Human Resources strategy to ensure the organization has the talent, capabilities, and working conditions necessary to achieve its objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, development, regulatory compliance, and a positive work environment. **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. * 7–10 years of experience in Human Resources, including leadership roles. * Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS regulations, NOM-035, and other applicable labor standards. * Leadership, negotiation, communication, strategic thinking, and change management skills. * Results-oriented, sound judgment for decision-making, and strong focus on internal customers. * Advanced English proficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Define and implement the comprehensive HR strategy (talent, culture, development, compensation, labor relations). * Lead employee attraction, selection, and onboarding processes. * Manage training, development, and succession planning initiatives to strengthen organizational competencies. * Oversee the design and administration of compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation systems. * Ensure compliance with labor legislation and maintain constructive relationships with authorities and unions (where applicable). * Develop and promote organizational culture, wellness, internal communication, and employee engagement initiatives. * Lead workplace climate management, conflict resolution, and leadership coaching. * Monitor key HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, staffing levels, performance, labor costs). * Advise senior management and leaders on people management practices and decision-making. * Manage the HR budget and oversee HR-related vendors.
