We invite you to join us as **FIELD LABOR AUDITOR** **Location: Tolimán, Jalisco** **Job Objective:** *Verify the execution of all agricultural fieldwork performed by both temporary and permanent staff across all departments of the company, evaluating the productivity of each worker.* **Responsibilities:** * *Verify the performance of daily-wage workers’ fieldwork.* * *Review the number of daily-wage workers in the field against the budgeted amount.* * *Verify that payroll payments correspond accurately to fieldwork performed.* * *Implement procedures to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of permanent staff.* * *Document on-site observations.* **Requirements:** * *Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.* * *Required knowledge: Personnel supervision, data analysis, accounting and finance fundamentals, Microsoft Office.* * *Required experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position preferred.* We’re waiting for you!
