Company dedicated to refrigerated or dry transportation, seeking talent for the position of: **TRANSPORTATION MONITOR (Melchor Ocampo, Tultitlán)** **Main Responsibilities** * Track vehicles en route * Provide trip status to clients * Detect security alerts * Validate functionality of satellite and telemetry devices * Assist drivers * Implement road safety protocols * Provide on-route support to drivers * Maintain daily tracking logs * Shift handover **Requirements** * **Education:** Minimum high school diploma * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in transportation monitoring * **Knowledge:** * Residence must be within one hour’s distance * Availability to work weekends and holidays * Diplomatic communication skills when interacting with drivers **Competencies** * Knowledge of road mapping * Familiarity with vehicle tracking platforms * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level) * Knowledge of emergency response protocols * Knowledge of logistics * Knowledge of road safety **Working Conditions** * **Schedule:** 4 days on / 2 days off (12 hours / 12 hours), rotating shifts * **Salary:** $12,000 MXN per month * Statutory benefits * Professional appearance Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site
