**Job Opening: Systems Head** **Location:** Lomas de Bellavista, Atizapán de Zaragoza **Salary:** Up to $20,000 MXN per month (tax-free) **Work Mode:** On-site with possibility of working remotely for some days (subject to operational needs). **Mandatory Requirement:** Must reside in Mexico City or very close to the work location (Atizapán de Zaragoza). **General Description** We are seeking a Systems Head to ensure optimal operation of the company’s technological infrastructure, guaranteeing the availability of equipment, networks, systems, and platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical support, infrastructure administration, web maintenance, and handling Zoho tools. **Key Responsibilities** **Technical Support** * Diagnosing and repairing computing equipment (hardware and software). * Installing, formatting, and configuring Windows 10/11. * Configuring networks, printers, and peripherals. * Receiving, tracking, and closing technical support tickets. * Managing backups, antivirus software, and basic security policies. **Infrastructure Administration** * Monitoring servers, routers, modems, surveillance cameras, and internal systems. * Managing users, permissions, and internal IT policies. * Implementing IT best practices and standards. **Web Development and Sites** * Maintaining WordPress websites (themes, plugins, updates). * Basic-to-intermediate PHP programming and API handling. * Managing MySQL databases (queries, minor adjustments, backups). **Business Systems (Zoho)** * Basic administration of Zoho CRM, Desk, Creator, Books, among others. * Configuring modules, workflows, and automations. * Supporting integrations and providing assistance to internal users. **Management and Planning** * Proposing and implementing technological improvements. * Negotiating with vendors. * Documenting IT processes, policies, and inventories. **Requirements** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if demonstrable experience is provided). * 2–5 years of experience in technical support and systems administration. * Experience with WordPress. * Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS. * Preferred: Experience with Zoho. * Knowledge of LAN/WLAN networks and basic cybersecurity. **Skills and Competencies** * Effective communication and excellent user support skills. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. * Organization, documentation, and prioritization skills. * Proactivity, self-management, and commitment to continuous improvement. * Sense of urgency and internal customer service orientation. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Ticket resolution times. * System uptime (>98%). * Completion of backups and maintenance tasks. * Annual implementation of technological improvements. * Internal user satisfaction. **Interested?** Send your updated CV indicating your salary expectations and availability to alejandra.montes@coacharte.mx Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 – $20,000.00 MXN per month Work Location: Hybrid remote work at 52994, Lomas de Bellavista, Méx.
