We are currently looking for a **BPMN Business Process Analyst (6-month project-based role with potential extension).** Position Objective: Identify, analyze, and optimize our clients’ business processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity—aligning them with the client’s strategic objectives. Design and model business processes on the Arkon Data platform using BPMN syntax and notation. Technical Profile: Education - Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (degree required). **Experience** * Minimum 3 years of experience in business process mapping and modeling, BPMN 2.0 or EPC diagramming * Familiarity with PMBOK, Agile, and/or SCRUM methodologies * Proficiency with business process diagramming tools such as Bizagi, ARIS, or Camunda * Experience with other management and communication tools such as ClickUp or Slack * Experience with Google Drive * Experience in designing, improving, and **standardizing processes and best practices** * **Intermediate English (conversational)** **Skills** * Planning and organization * Effective communication * Goal-oriented mindset * Information-seeking ability * Analytical thinking * Teamwork **Attitudes** * Proactivity * Confidentiality * Responsibility * Integrity * Objectivity * User orientation **Job Responsibilities** * Design and modeling of BPMN processes on the Arkon Data Platform * Monitoring and implementation of best practices * Process administration * Process modeling (manual, semi-automated, and automated) * Adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) * Support in developing Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) * Development of user demos, including manuals, instructions, etc. * High-level user documentation * Compliance with project development methodologies * Understanding of business and technology requirements from clients to deliver satisfactory projects * Active participation in project conceptualization and definition involving legacy systems, databases, and diverse information sources linked to business data * Participation in project execution activities—including risk identification and timeline management * Collaborative work with the team **Desirable:** * Notation standards: BPMN ANSI / ASME / UML / EPC Interested candidates should apply through this channel.
