We aim to strengthen and expand our digital sales channels. Position Objective To manage, operate, and develop online sales channels (Amazon, Mercado Libre, company website, and other marketplaces), ensuring efficient, profitable operations aligned with the company’s commercial strategy. Responsibilities * Manage Amazon, Mercado Libre, and company website accounts * List, update, and optimize products (titles, descriptions, images, and pricing) * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse operations * Track orders, shipments, returns, and claims * Provide customer service via digital channels * Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics * Support e-commerce campaigns, promotions, and strategies * Coordinate with sales, design, and logistics departments Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations * Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Mercado Libre, or similar platforms * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and process tracking ability * Prior experience with inventory management, logistics, or ERP systems is desirable * Results- and sales-oriented mindset We Offer * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Growth opportunities * Positive work environment **Apply through this channel by submitting your updated CV.** Join Eco Plate Importers S.A. de C.V.
