**ACCOUNTANT** **Location:** Tepatitlán, Jal. Area: (Ricardo Alcala) Industry: Real Estate **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (One Saturday off per month) **Salary:** $14,500 Monthly net **We offer:** * Statutory benefits * Uniform * One Saturday off per month * Trainings * Facilities for purchasing land **Requirements:** * Experience in accounting and finance (basic accounting knowledge) * Experience in the position or similar roles from 1 \- 2 years. * Be proactive and organized **Responsibilities:** * Accounting record of transactions (Record income, expenses, purchases, sales) * Preparation of financial statements (Prepare balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement) * Bank control and reconciliation * Stay updated on tax reforms and obligations with SAT. * Prepare and submit electronic accounting. * Payroll and labor obligations (Submit reports to IMSS, INFONAVIT and STPS) * Safeguard accounting documentation and keep information organized. * Support in collections * Support in annual inventories * Invoicing * Administrative support Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: From $14,500.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discounts * Option for indefinite contract Workplace: On-site job
