Together we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employee Type** Permanent staff **Position Objective** Analyze Electrolit MX's portfolio information ensuring its recovery and control, in order to guarantee effective collections that maintain a healthy portfolio according to defined commercial strategies. **Responsibilities and Activities** Analyze and execute processes that ensure portfolio recovery based on established objectives. Ensure proper application of collections on the portfolio, aligned with corporate processes, to keep the customer portfolio updated. Identify the need for issuing credit notes and/or customer compensations timely and accurately according to corporate policies and procedures. Report and follow up on portfolio reconciliations and clarifications with customers to support effective collections. Generate and provide portfolio and collections reports to analyze their status according to account managers' requirements. Experience 1 year in similar positions. Information management and analysis. Customer service. Customer portfolio administration. Knowledge a. Proficiency in Office suite (Intermediate level in Excel) b. General tax knowledge applicable to billing and payments. c. Administrative and accounting processes.
