REQUIREMENTS: * Male or female * Over 25 years old * High school diploma completed * More than 5 years of experience in building maintenance * Must reside in Arandas, Jalisco * Driver's license RESPONSIBILITIES: * **Corrective, preventive and cleaning tasks**, such as repairing electrical, plumbing or masonry faults, and conducting periodic inspections to ensure the safety and longevity of the structure. Other duties include HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) system maintenance, cleaning of common areas and pest control, all aimed at preserving the comfort and overall condition of the building.
