Full-time position involving in-person patient care at the clinic as well as administrative and customer service tasks, which may be performed either in person or remotely. The clinic is located in the Francisco de Montejo neighborhood. Responsibilities include: contacting and following up with potential patients; conducting evaluation sessions including demonstrations of the device’s use; managing the session schedule; performing clinical measurements before, during, and after treatment; presenting economic proposals to patients and negotiating with them to make treatment financially feasible; responsibly and empathetically accompanying EMT sessions while adhering strictly to established protocols; disinfecting the work area between patients; ensuring a comfortable and pleasant patient experience; supporting logistical matters; collaborating with the team to establish operational protocols; maintaining up-to-date documentation of clinical histories; preparing daily activity reports and notifying upcoming objectives and pending tasks for the following days; tracking patient status; handling basic accounting tasks; working interdisciplinarily with other healthcare professionals; ensuring cleanliness, order, and proper functioning of the clinic; assisting with logistical matters; recording videos with the digital marketing team for publication on social media. *Prior training on EMT therapy is provided. *The clinic conducts daily cleaning; only minor details require attention. *This role entails independently managing the in-person clinic operations while simultaneously collaborating remotely with management. Requirements: Education in psychology, neuroscience, or another healthcare-related field. Knowledge of neurodiversity is valued. Excellent communication skills—both with patients and within the work team. Strong interest in patient interaction and healthcare delivery. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Capacity for self-reflection and continuous process improvement. Independent problem-solving ability. Ability to collaborate effectively in remote teams. Ability to follow, create, or modify protocols to enhance clinic operations. Persuasive skills and capacity to negotiate treatment plans with patients to initiate their therapy. Fluency in Spanish; proficiency in English is a plus. Professional presentation and ability to explain medical topics clearly and accessibly.
