Business Growth Intensive (BGI) is seeking high-ticket closers with proven experience to join our sales team and close an intensive program designed for infopreneurs, coaches, personal brands, and digital businesses. BGI is a 4-month program focused on helping digital businesses scale their monthly sales from $5,000 USD to $50,000+ USD using automated webinars and a proven sales system. Responsibilities: * Conduct closing calls with qualified leads * Apply a consultative and structured sales process. * Professionally handle objections related to price, time, and decision-making. * Follow up with leads and log activities in the CRM. * Meet performance KPIs and closing metrics. * Participate in call reviews and commercial process improvements. Mandatory Requirements: * Proven experience closing deals valued at over $5,000 USD. * Proficiency in consultative sales during one-on-one calls. * Excellent verbal communication skills in Spanish. * Ability to work within defined processes, metrics, and clear objectives. * Immediate availability and alignment with CDMX time zone. * Professional attitude, ethics, and results-oriented mindset. * (Desirable but not mandatory: experience with educational programs, coaching, mentoring, or infoproducts).
