**Essential Requirements:** * **Solid Chess Knowledge:** Demonstrate a deep understanding of chess rules, strategies, and tactics. * **Chess Teaching Experience:** Proven experience teaching chess to children and/or adolescents. * **Pedagogical Skills:** Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely, adapt instruction to different learning styles, and maintain students’ attention. * **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. * **Patience and Enthusiasm:** Be patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about chess and teaching. * **Organizational Skills:** Ability to plan lessons, organize activities, and manage time effectively.
