




At the **Regional University of the Highlands,** we are seeking a **Campus Director** in Atotonilco with strategic vision and commitment to educational excellence to lead our campus. **Main Responsibilities** * Implement strategies for academic, administrative, and operational development of the campus. * Ensure achievement of enrollment, graduation, and degree completion targets. * Promote a positive and collaborative learning environment. * Coordinate proper management of human, material, and financial resources. * Supervise maintenance and improvement of educational infrastructure. * Represent the campus before authorities, the academic community, and external entities. **Requirements and Key Skills** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree (preferably graduate studies in education, administration, or related fields). * **Previous Experience:** 2 or more years in leadership positions within educational or institutional settings. * **Required Skills:** * Effective leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams. * Ability to make strategic decisions and solve complex problems. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Simultaneous management of multiple projects and priorities. * Results-oriented with continuous improvement focus.
