**SUE TEQUILANA** WE ARE HIRING **ELECTROMECHANIC B** **Position Objective:** Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment, ensuring proper operation, minimizing downtime, and guaranteeing continuity of production processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on machinery and electrical/mechanical equipment. * Diagnose faults in electromechanical systems and implement solutions. * Carry out industrial electrical installations according to current plans and regulations. * Repair electric motors, frequency inverters, electrical panels, sensors, and automation systems. * Document maintenance activities performed and report any detected anomalies. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations and the use of PPE. * Collaborate in continuous improvement projects or implementation of new equipment. * Support technical training for new team members. **Requirements:** **Education:** * Technical degree or technologist in Electromechanics, Industrial Electricity, Mechatronics, or related field. **Experience:** * 1 to 3 years in industrial electromechanical maintenance. **Technical Knowledge:** * Reading and interpretation of electrical and mechanical drawings. * Industrial automation, basic/intermediate PLC. * Hydraulics and pneumatics. * Electrical safety and NOM/STPS standards. **Skills:** * Teamwork * Problem analysis and resolution * Initiative * Organization and task follow-up Job type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service Work Location: On-site employment
