Leading flexible packaging manufacturing company is seeking a Quality Coordinator. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Age: 25 to 55 years old · Gender: Indistinct * **Education:** Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Food Science, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in similar roles managing Quality and Food Safety Systems is desirable. **RESPONSIBILITIES.** · Maintain updated and controlled documentation (manuals, procedures, work instructions, records). · **E**nsure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000:2018, and prerequisite program requirements. · Track the effective closure of findings and Non-Conformities (NCs). · Supervise the proper application of quality control methods at various operational stages. · Manage and analyze Non-Conformities, implementing effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) based on root cause analysis. · Coordinate the control of non-conforming products. · Approve products and processes according to specifications. · Review and sign production orders. · Investigate and make decisions regarding non-conformities or complaints, developing appropriate corrective actions. · Review, correct, and sign Quality Certificates and specifications. · Monitor deviations in processes or products. · Ensure the release of all finished products and raw materials is properly conducted. · Ensure that every procedure or instruction within the QMS is carried out and correctly documented according to Good Documentation Practices (GDP). **SKILLS**. · Leadership · Proactive · Discipline · Oral and written communication skills · Analytical and problem-solving ability · Organization · Professional judgment · Adaptability and flexibility · Ability to work under pressure to meet delivery deadlines · Desirable: Experience in Plastics, Pharmaceutical, or Food industries. **TECHNICAL SKILLS (PLUS)** · Proficiency in ISO 9001:2015 and FSSC 22000:2018 standards. · Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and prerequisite programs (PRPs/GMPs). · Familiarity with quality tools · Advanced-level proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). **BENEFITS:** · Transportation · Competitive salary · Weekly payments · Statutory benefits · Excellent work environment Job type: Full-time Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Company parking * Free uniforms Work location: On-site position
