Essential experience of 5 to 10 years in swine production. Proven experience in: Management of stages: gestation, farrowing, lactation, growth, and finishing. Swine reproduction and genetics. Nutrition and feeding at different stages. Vaccination protocols and treatments. Supervision and training of personnel. Management of production indicators. Required technical knowledge: Local and national standards in swine production. Animal welfare, biosecurity, and occupational safety. Food quality and safety regulations. Good livestock practices and waste management. Production cost control. Swine production software (Percate, Maximus, Aplians Pig, Agriness, PigKnows, or similar). Main responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily farm production. Comply with biosecurity protocols. Monitor animal health, administer treatments, and implement vaccination programs. Manage feed, medications, and supplies. Control production costs and ensure budget compliance. Train and evaluate operational staff. Analyze performance indicators and propose continuous improvements. Maintain constant communication and feedback with area coordination. Key competencies: Leadership and team coordination.
