Experience: Minimum 4 years as a Recruitment Coordinator. Knowledge: Competency-based assessments, performance indicators, LinkedIn usage, and job board platforms. Skills: Proactivity, analytical thinking, passion for results, adaptability to change, leadership, motivation. Responsibilities: * Ensure efficiency of the Recruitment and Selection department. * Guarantee high-quality recruitment processes across the entire region. * Monitor open positions and critical issues, reporting to the HR Manager. * Propose new strategies to improve recruitment processes. * Suggest retention strategies for regional staff.
