**OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR IN PRIVATE SECURITY** **Area: Tepatitlán de Morelos, Valle de Guadalupe, Cañadas de Obregón, Santa María del Valle or Yahualica.** **· Salary $9,225.00 (biweekly payments)** **MAIN OBJECTIVE:** Conduct supervision patrols on properties, report incidents, carry out inspection visits to properties, detect risks and report them, report any violation of internal regulations. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:** * Conduct supervisory patrols on properties, detecting incidents with a preventive focus to avoid theft of assets such as agave, agrochemicals, vehicles, etc. * Report incidents among client personnel, use of PPE, behavior, violations of their labor regulations. * Detect on properties and roads risks to personnel, agave, and DJA assets; report them and, if necessary, take actions to mitigate them. * Conduct supervision visits to agricultural centers to reinforce guards' work and verify proper compliance with their duties and work regulations. * Participate in internal inventory audits. * Truck escorts for jimadores through presence and/or GPS placement. * Extra support on security matters such as incidents or accidents involving personnel and/or vulnerable assets through accompaniment, guarding, transportation, etc. * Report violations of the work regulations by personnel. * Keep assigned vehicles in good condition through proper use, cleaning, preventive and corrective maintenance, etc. * Control and follow-up on guards and incidents. * Daily reporting to monitoring regarding departure of supply vehicles and safeguarding of tractors. **Requirements** * Required education level: Bachelor's degree in agriculture or related field (completed or incomplete) * Valid driver's license (must know how to drive manual transmission) • Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years in supervision **Schedule** * Monday to Saturday (full time). * Base schedule: 07:00 to 19:00 hrs. * Availability to attend critical events on weekends and holidays Job type: Full-time Salary: $18,450.00 per month Benefits: * Company car * Company phone * Free uniforms Work location: On-site
