




**Cost Coordination (Monterrey)** We are seeking a Cost Coordinator to work with our client, an industrial and manufacturing company. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and controlling cost structures, as well as providing financial and operational support to ensure budget accuracy, profitability, and production processes. This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical capability, and experience collaborating across various operational departments. Key responsibilities include developing and analyzing fixed, variable, direct, and indirect cost structures; preparing periodic reports for management and finance; monitoring deviations between actual and budgeted costs and proposing corrective actions; controlling production costs, raw materials, and internal processes; updating cost models and databases; participating in the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts; evaluating product or project profitability; coordinating with operational departments to validate key information; implementing improvements in cost control and analysis processes; and supporting internal and external audits related to costs. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, IIA, IMA, or a related field. \- Experience with SAP (FI) and Power BI (mandatory). \- Experience in costing, budgeting, profitability analysis, and financial control within manufacturing or industrial environments. \- Ability to work with cost models, databases, and executive reports. **We offer:** \- Competitive and attractive salary. \- Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. \- Leadership and competency development programs. \- Career development and professional growth plans.
