Knowledge * Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint (Intermediate), and Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, lookup formulas, charts). * Culture programs; team leadership; communication campaigns; talent management (assessments, mapping, 9-box, competencies). Experience * Execution and/or support of talent and leadership development programs — 1 year * Execution and/or support of wellness, climate, and culture programs — 6 months Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields**Complementary Profile** * Desired experience in administering climate surveys or NOM-035; facilitating soft-skills training (onboarding, leadership workshops); generating quantitative and qualitative reports; and analyzing key performance indicators. * Desired knowledge of theoretical and practical foundations of learning, leadership, and culture models.
