Supervise inventory execution and plan food and supply purchase orders exclusively from approved sources (referenced suppliers). Oversee unit operations, ensuring timely delivery and high quality of meals. Supervise menu planning and preparation using the company's designated software programs. Conduct daily inspection rounds before, during, and after service according to established quality standards, and maintain records of these inspections.
