




**Position Objective** Comprehensively manage Human Resources processes, ensuring legal compliance, proper execution of hiring, personnel control, payroll incidents, training, work climate, and employee services for an approximate staff of 70 employees. **Functions and Responsibilities** **Personnel Administration** * Control and update digital and physical employee records. * Drafting and safeguarding employment contracts, addenda, delivery receipts, and other labor legal documentation. **Recruitment and Selection** * Posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the full selection process. * Administering psychometric tests and competency-based interviews. * Compiling employee files and managing onboarding procedures. **Payroll and Incidents** * Weekly tracking and submission of attendance incidents: delays, absences, permissions, vacations, disabilities. * Validation of incidents and communication with the payroll department. * Follow-up on final settlements and severance payments. **Work Climate and Culture** * Provide employee guidance and support regarding internal policies. * Manage complaints and follow up on labor conflicts. * Propose and coordinate employee wellness and team-building activities. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of Federal Labor Law, IMSS, payroll incidents, and recruitment. * Proficiency in Office software and job portals. * Desirable: basic knowledge of psychometric testing. **Job Competencies** * Assertive communication * Empathy and internal customer service * Collaborative teamwork * Time management * Sense of urgency * Ethics and confidentiality * Conflict resolution Employment type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
