Responsibilities: - Completion of logbooks and daily consumption records - Predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of facilities, including refrigeration equipment, electrical systems, etc. - Compliance with STPS Official Mexican Standards (NOM) Requirements: - Minimum education: Technical degree with specialization - Preferred experience: 1–3 years in similar roles - Essential knowledge of electrical installations, refrigeration, metalworking, tool usage, etc. - Responsibility and alignment with Driscoll’s values - Personal transportation required Fixed-term contract: 9 months Gross monthly salary: $16,881.25 (pre-tax) 8-hour shift Statutory and above-statutory benefits Grocery vouchers (12%) and savings fund (13%) upon completion of 6 months of service 20 days of paternity leave Paid birthday leave Vacation bonus: 50% Rotational shifts: 8-hour shifts 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Schedules may change depending on operational needs) Regular weekend day off (Saturday or Sunday; during peak season: rotational) NOTE: We do not provide transportation.
