*This job posting is from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening at ABCO, S.A. de C.V. in Mexico Nuevo \- Atizapán de Zaragoza, State of Mexico** **JOIN OUR TEAM!** JOB OBJECTIVE: Ensure that the final product, as well as inputs and raw materials used in product manufacturing and development, comply with internal and external requirements. **GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage the quality and safety of raw materials and finished products according to applicable regulations. * Verify that finished product shipments meet quality requirements. * Control of non-conforming products. * Validation of operational area start-ups. * Supervise the verification of unloading for all inputs, raw materials, packaging, etc. * Supervise Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Perform microbiological analyses. * Evaluate suppliers and monitor returns. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Operation of analytical balances. * Microbiological and physicochemical analyses. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of food chemistry (ingredients, additives). * Laboratory equipment operation. * Knowledge of GMP. * Knowledge of National Food Regulations. * Knowledge of Quality and Safety Management Systems (DESIRABLE). **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree, incomplete degree, or student intern in Chemistry or related field. * Minimum two years’ experience in the aforementioned activities. * Residency near the location (Atizapán de Zaragoza). * Ability to perform physical labor. * Flexible working hours availability.
