




Job Summary: Provide efficient and timely technical support to users, ensuring the proper functioning of the technological infrastructure and guaranteeing operational continuity. Job Objective Provide efficient and timely technical support to the organization's users, ensuring the proper functioning of computers, networks, servers, and information systems. Contribute to infrastructure maintenance, security, and continuous technological improvement, guaranteeing operational continuity and optimal performance of internal processes. Key Responsibilities * Respond to and follow up on user technical support requests and incidents (on-site and remote). * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, printers, and peripheral devices. * Install, configure, and update operating systems, institutional software, and work tools. * Assist in basic server and network service administration. * Configure and maintain telecommunications equipment such as routers, switches, and modems. * Provide network connectivity support, identifying and resolving technical failures. * Perform data backups and assist in basic database administration. * Support implementation of information security measures. * Document incidents, solutions, and activities performed. * Provide technical guidance to users for correct use of systems and equipment. * Monitor the proper functioning of the company's technological infrastructure. * Participate in technology improvement or upgrade projects when required. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in technical support. * Knowledge of networks, servers, and equipment maintenance. * Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems. * Knowledge of software and hardware installation. * Basic technical English (desirable). * Availability to work weekend shifts on Saturdays. * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and teamwork skills.
