




A reputable company is seeking a Technical Support Specialist. Objective: Provide internal technical support to the company's equipment and systems, ensuring the proper functioning of hardware, software, networks, and peripheral devices, as well as the availability of necessary technological resources for daily operations. Requirements: * Academic background: Technician in Computer Science, Computer Systems, or related field. * Experience: 1–2 years in internal technical support or help desk roles. * Technical knowledge: * User support (hardware and software). * Printer administration and maintenance. * Structured cabling and basic networking. * ERP system proficiency (preferably Odoo or similar). * Use of backup and diagnostic tools. Desirable: Basic knowledge of CCTV systems. Responsibilities: · Perform periodic backups of computer equipment. · Verify the operation of UPS units and report any anomalies. · Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. · Organize and maintain structured cabling (cable arrangement, labeling, and orderly routing). · Inspect and perform basic maintenance on printers. · Track and manage technology consumables (RJ45 connectors, cables, etc.). · Administer and update the inventory of computer equipment and peripherals. · Execute physical and logical relocation of user equipment (installation, repositioning, decommissioning). · Monitor and verify the proper operation of security cameras. · Assist with basic tasks related to the corporate ERP system, ensuring correct operation and communication between users and the system.
