A company specializing in industrial solutions for labeling, marking, and coding is seeking an **Industrial Maintenance Engineer** who stands out for analytical ability, customer orientation, and effective problem-solving skills. **Work location:** Milenio III, Santiago de Querétaro, Qro. **Required profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Control), Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Pneumatics, or Hydraulics. * Ideal age range: 25–40 years old. * 1–2 years of experience in technical support, industrial maintenance, or equipment installation (preferably with coding equipment or production lines). **Main responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to customers both remotely and on-site. * Perform equipment installation, commissioning, and verification of optimal performance. * Gather requirements directly from production lines. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on coding systems. * Quickly identify failures and provide appropriate solutions. * Record incidents, progress, and outcomes of each intervention. * Operate with a sense of urgency, quality, and commitment. * Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers, ensuring clear communication. * Maintain discipline, consistency, and focus on established objectives. **Employment offer:** * Base salary: MXN $14,000 gross per month. * Payment: Biweekly. * Statutory benefits: IMSS, Christmas bonus (15 days), Vacation (12 days). * Savings fund: 5% employee contribution matched by the company. * Food vouchers: 6% of gross salary. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
