




**HR Assistant.** We are looking for a proactive, eager-to-learn individual to support HR administration, including onboarding activities, training initiatives, and efforts to improve organizational climate. A psychology background is especially valued due to the relevant skills and knowledge this discipline brings to the role. Job Responsibilities: * Assist with recruitment, selection, and staff training processes. * Participate in employee wellness and workplace climate programs. * Collaborate in organizing internal events and team integration activities. * Contribute to preparing HR reports and metrics. Requirements: * Degree in Psychology or a related field (recent graduates are welcome). * Basic knowledge of Human Resources. * Ability to follow up on administrative procedures related to new hires. * Experience with IMSS and Infonavit platforms. * Experience processing payroll. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Strong organizational ability and attention to detail. * Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
